These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ac63 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ac63 website, mobile interface, betting products, casino games, and all associated services available at ac63.io.

Each individual may register only one account on ac63. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ac63 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where ac63 has reason to believe that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.

ac63 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and ac63 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular method.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your ac63 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider, which is typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions. ac63 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed by ac63 within four minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take up to three to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit that funded the balance being withdrawn.

• ac63 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds held in your ac63 account do not accrue interest.
• ac63 is not a bank or financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in any regulatory sense.

All bets placed on the ac63 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question, as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

ac63 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on incorrect odds or markets resulting from a manifest error by ac63.
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable rules.
• ac63 has reason to believe the bet was placed using automated software, bots, or other tools not authorised by ac63.
• The integrity of the event is called into question by the relevant sporting authority or law enforcement body.
• The bet was placed in violation of any provision of these Terms.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered at ac63's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension are honoured in accordance with the applicable rules unless voided under the circumstances described above.

All content on the ac63 platform — including but not limited to the ac63 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and any other material — is the exclusive property of ac63 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ac63 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ac63 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ac63 content.
